Quote: This resort is absolutely magnificent. It was the best lodging surprise I have experienced in years. There for a conference, I kept wishing that I had booked an extra day just to stay at the resort for one more day. I would love to go back for a... Read the full Arizona Grand Resort review

An overpriced experience

  • 4 out of 5 stars A traveler from Travelocity.com
  • May 14, 2011
Quote: Although the hotel room was clean and of average comfort, the prices at the hotel restaurant were anything but average. The daily $30 fee is not worth the cost if you do not use the golf course, pool or water park. Overall a nice experience, but a... Read the full Arizona Grand Resort review

Good Value

Quote: The staff is extremely friendly. The bartenders in the lobby bar, Ro and Kim are outstanding. The golf staff are outgoing as well. My only complaint is the pool and lazy river are too cold. After laying in the sun, I want to be refreshed in the... Read the full Arizona Grand Resort review

Quote: A bad introduction at the desk went downhill from there. Advertised like a first class resort this is a La Quinta in sheep's clothing. Jacuzzi's didn't work, the room was for disabled person, antiquated small TV, poor maid service, no liners for ice... Read the full Arizona Grand Resort review

We used the discount travel site and we were treated like discount travelers.

  • April 22, 2011
Quote: We were put in the room furthest away from everything and closest to the road and main entrance. We felt like second rate customers during our stay. We will not go back because of this. If they do not like guests who use travel sites they should not... Read the full Arizona Grand Resort review

Resort Fee

  • April 21, 2011
Quote: Resort fee was suppose to cover 4 tickets to the theme park. There was no notification that the theme park was to be closed. The resort fees should have been refunded. The resort fees should have at least covered use of the internet.

Quote: The Arizona Grand Resort is a great place to get away and soak up some sun while splashing in the water park! My husband and I stayed here for spring break with our 14 year old and 9 year old children. They had a great time and so did we. The... Read the full Arizona Grand Resort review
