Very very good hotel for the money

I stayed there while shopping for a house in the local area. I found everything to be pleasent. The rooms were a good deal and clean. I had a very nice time swimming in the indoor pool. The staff was beyond helpful and I would stay there again. My only complant is that breakfeast ending at 9am and that seemed to early.

We stayed here as a winter getaway for our kids it was horrible. Our room was dirty, there were kids running around until past 2:00 in the morning , the pool was closed in the morning, there were towels, food, etc. in hallways and there was no staff anywhere to be found. It was like no one cared what you did as long as you paid your money. I asked for a refund because of the conditions and was told no. I will never stay here again, we had stayed in previous years and it was fine but I don't know if they have changed management or what but the help they have now are rude and have the biggest attitudes I have ever see. Plus the breakfast deal is a joke. You get a better breakfast at the hotels that have the continental breakfasts.

Have stayed at this complex several times over the years, but never again! Conditions were disgusting to say the least. We gagged at every entrance to this building. Trash, animal feces, spagetti, clothing, and even furniture in the parking lot was very disgusting. Rooms were on the smelly side, bathroom floor dirty, and security non exsistant until police showed up. Management was not to be found, staff did not respond to our several complaints. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FILTH!

This hotel has one of the best and friendliest staff. The Pool and recreational area is great for the kids and adults to hangout. For the price I paid- the value was exceptional.
Be prepared to meet staff with attidude problems

Two 4 day stays, 4 days on each visit, 10 days between. Both were bad. Toasters did not work on first visit in resturant, had not been replaced on second visit, even though heated discussions took place each morning..Short order omelette cook has illusions of granduer, dont ask her for anything, "I only cook here" is her response to everything. Beware of the breakfast offer, they give some guests a voucher that cover both hot and cold food on the buffet, others only cold food. Arguments each morning when some guests are told there is additional cost for the hot food from the buffet
