Very Nice Stay!

We were very pleased staying here for our 10 day trip to the Disney Area. Upon arrival they gave us a suite with a refrigerator, microwave, and safe as they noticed our long stay, and no extra charges! It was a blessing as the kids had their own room with a TV and a pull out full size sofa (comfortable!) We had our own room with a King bed and a TV.
It was very clean and comfortable. They we're always cleaning or maintaining the place. The breakfast was all you could ask for. My 14 year old enjoyed making his own waffle each day. They also had eggs, yogurt, fruit, sausage, or biscuits and gravy, bagels, muffins, cold cereals, juices, coffee,etc.. Shuttle services we're convenient and we drove ourselves a few times. Disney is only 12-15 minutes away and Seaworld and Universal were really close, 5 minutes.
My four year old found his stuffed animals set up on the bed when we returned. The pool was clean and nicely kept. Nice game room and work out room. Upon leaving they even let me use their internet service to do online check in for my flight home and printed out my boarding passes. Very pleasant staff we're always around and we would definately stay again. There are lots of places to eat nearby and lots of buffet deals! There is a Super-Walmart(food and store) 2 miles away and they are open 24 hours a day. I recommend going there for snacks or water, etc. as the nearby local small supermarkets are quite expensive.
Had a nice time!

Hotel was not in great shape but found out that they were doing renovation and was almost over but I think we went in wrong time so therefore we had some bad experience. Carpet was little dirty (paint spot) but later they took care of that by switching us in to different room.
But overall staff was cooperative breakfast was good as they offered.
I think property will be in very good shape by end of the September (as they mentioned).

We had a great time in this Hotel. It is conveniently located to Universal, and Disney. The Free Breakfast was great, Not your typical muffins and toast, they had eggs, sausage, waffles bagels cereal. The Room was very very CLEAN. The Housekeeper was great, my son had a bunch of Stuffed animals from Disney and Universal, and every night when we came in she had them set up in the bed for my son. The staff was very nice, My wife asked for extra pillows and they were in our room with in minutes, same as asking for an extra blanket it was there with in minutes. I would decently stay in this hotel again. I am going back to Florida in a couple months, and will stay here again.

Upon arrival we were given the only available room which was smoking. After expressing my disappointmet with hotel staff, arrangements were made to have us more the very next morning to non-smoking room, as we had requested. The staff was very apologetic and friendly. The room-smoking one-was very worn and heavy odor. The next day our move to the next room went smooth, all information had been communicated to day time staff, etc.
The room was much cleaner, and satisfactory. Yes, this hotel is perhaps older, the carpet in our room was worn, our room probably could use a good old fashioned spring cleanng! And there are stains on some of the furniture, and the bed not the most comfortable. But for a heaviliy used facility, it appears their is effort to upkeep this property.
We had a lovely maid named "Precious" who worked around our crazy schedules with patience. The breakfast every day was amazing. The location is the very very best, so convenient, easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. There is a Time Share desk in the lobby, but people were very polite and NOT pushy at all.
I was very impressed with the hotel staff, all of them -from management to all service areas. They were focused on friendly service. My compliments and thanks.

The most disturbing part of this place was there was visible stuff on the carpet in the hallway and in your room. It looked as if there had been some construction on the ceiling and no follow up clean-up. The room was dark, light fixture was broken by the bed and everything just made me worry what I was touching. The good thing about this place is its right next to all the Universal stuff, but since I wasn't there for that purpose I had to deal with resulting traffic with no pay off of being in the park. I wouldn't recommend this place, save yourself the money or save extra money and get a nicer hotel.
