Great Hotel for the Price & Pet Friendly

We ended up staying in this hotel after we had a confirmation that the Hyatt Place on Jones Maltsberger took pets and then arrived to find out they didn't. The hotel was very nice for the price, very clean, beautiful accomodations. Will definately stay again.
No Coffee! Poor Housekeeping Service

My husband and I were there for 5 nights. During the entire stay there was no regular coffee.
It was not until the last day that we complained that the manager gave us coupons for free coffee at Starbucks (which is located IN the hotel).
Our room was never cleaned well. To go cups and glasses were not replaced or washed. Dirty cups were left on the counters. The wastebaskets were not emptied and liners were not refreshed. The bed was made but the floor was not vacumed.
The hotel did not meet our standards.
Great location off of 410 and near airport!

Front desk was friendly and efficient; room was clean, almost spa-like, very quiet; I felt very safe, even as a female traveling alone, visible security, well-lit parking lot; great value for the money; it was so close to the airport that it made the early flight out (and long security line) a breeze!

I had stayed here because I knew the property was just recently renovated. Forget those preconceived notions of the old Holiday Inn's. This property surpassed my expectations. It has style, elegance, and everyone was extremely friendly. Even though it's close to the highway, you don't hear a sound. It's fantastic. The location is great and it's close to everything!

We stayed during a slow time so it was quiet. I was told it has recently been renovated, I dont know what it looked like before but it looks great now!! The person that checked me in wasn't the greatest but the room was clean, comfortable and just right for our trip. The hotel is very close to the Northstar Mall and its an easy walk. If you are carrying shopping bags back it might be best to ask for the shuttle. We had breakfast one day and they buffet was extensive. They had many many items to choose from and the price was good for all of us. Plus tip it came out to about $40.00. The business center is pretty sad though, it either needs new computers or more computers. My husband and I waited about an hour for some teenager to get off myspace. Overall this hotel was EXCELLENT and we would definately stay here again, our rate was worth it, nice staff, clean room, good stay! :-)
