Wonderful Suites

I've been staying at this hotel now for almost 8 years under different names. The current management has done a nice job of cleaning the place back up and bringing everything back up to the standards of when i first started going. It is a first quality suite, very quiet area, and the service was excellent. My only complaint about the room was they use to keep a 4th pillow and a spare blanket in the closet, and we had to call the desk for one. But they were brought right up to us.
I love that they've gone to wireless interenet and obviously done a good bit of maintainence over the last year.
My only other complaint was that they ran out of cookies both nights before we got any. :( I use to love grabbing some fresh made cookies before bed, but didn't happen this time.

My friends and I were looking for a great get away and this was the perfect hotel. They have large rooms with plenty of space and the greatest staff we've ever encounted. Staying here again is a must!!

Really could be a great place to stay- we loved the layout of the rooms, a living area and bedroom, but we did notice it was dirty (marks on the walls & doors, wrappers behind the toilet & by fridge). The headboards weren't bolted to the wall and kept coming down when you sat on the bed. Just needs a good scrubbing & a little fixing up. Should be a little cheaper though in my opinion.

I've stayed at this motel several times before when it was the Northpark Executive Suites, and thought quality was high in all respects. Under the new management, quality seems to have declined considerably. Our room seemed dingy, and management failed to repair or replace a broken bedside lamp despite our request. The pool was closed, with no indication of why or when it would be opened. The desk clerks seemed slow and uninterested in customer service. Overall, this was a large decline in quality from our previous stays here.
