Pointe Hilton at Squaw Peak - internet access

Very nice resort but does not cater to business travelers. I would not stay there again on business because it has no free internet access in the rooms, only in the lobby. My room was a casita pretty far from the lobby. Internet in room is wired only and there's a charge.

The rooms were large, clean and soundproof! The grounds were well-kept and the pools clean. The only disappointment was the service, from check-in to the restaurants to housekeeping - everyone needs a refresher course in customer service. No one knew where anything was, not many willing to find out and housekeeping hogged all the elevators despite guests standing there with luggage.
Squaw Peak is worth the visit

Pointe Hilton Squaw Peak resort is well worth a family visit, the Water Park alone is enough to keep the family excited for a weekend. Local attractions and entertainment are numerous and easy access to main arteries make it a breeze to get out of the heat for a while.

If you are looking for a family destination that is great for kids and adults this is it. The private water park at the resort is perfect for all kinds of activities, esp. for little kids. The snack food (hot dogs , nachos, burgers) was a little pricey but the other restaurant(s) was excellent with good food and great service.

The resort offered many activities for families. There are many things to do in the area also. The pool area at River Ranch could have been cleaner and the service much better! We waited for an hour to get lunch served by the pool. The food was also very pricey. You can't beat the weather though!!
