hotel room was adequate. room was clean. pillows were so stiff they could not be slept on. carpet in hallway, elevator was black with dirt. Excellent location and price.

Anybody and Everybody that works the front desk is AWESOME! The carpet in the halls and elavators looks pretty ragged but.......

had trouble finding staff the whole trip. had to wait every time when trying to eat or whatever. no toilet paper in room and housekeeping didn't replace it!!

We were very disappointed in this hotel. The service was awful. We were constantly waiting at the bar for service. The bartender was never around. We called for toilet paper for our room. We're still waiting. Upon checkout, the front desk people gave away our boarding passes that we had faxed to the hotel to someone else that was checking out without checking the name. Lousy service overall.
