goof for the money

This hotel is older, but it was clean. The master bed was totally comfortable and wonderful! The staff was helpful as was the front desk. I would encourage people to stay here. We loved have a 2 bedroom so our family could all stay in one unit, plus the full kitchen was nice to have for preparing and serving meals.

Mixed Emotions

Stayed for 4 nights - we have been here 2 times before. Like the location, the pools, the breakfast, the social hour and staff. But, I could without the louts partying at 2:30 a.m., the garbage truck at 5:00 a.m., and the group of seven male German skiers who thought it was okay to bring two 30-packs of beer to the hot tub and sit there and drink for two hours - all the time never getting up to let anyone else use the hot tub.. We bring our family to this place - my kids didn't even want to go to the pool area! Not that I can blame them. We always like the Chase Suites. But, it's getting old, the housekeeping is not up to par, and we the heat kept blasting even though the thermostat was in the "off" position. Skiing was great, though! You be the judge.

Spacious Room for Families

We stayed at the Chase suite hotel over Thanksgiving weekend. We were close to Trolley Square, Temple Square, and relatives' homes. The room was big enough, with a full kitchen, that we even had the relatives over to our hotel for hot chocolate one night. When they came, we had a fire going in the fireplace and it was very cozy. With 3 televisions, 2 full bathrooms, lots of closet space, and 3 sleeping areas, our family of 6 was very comfortable. The pillows were a little lumpy, but everything else was great. The hot breakfast had quite a bit of variety, with different offerings each day. The front desk was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and accomodating. The continental breakfast was wonderful. The shuttle service was excellent. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat.
