Service with a no

The rooms were nice but we had to wait 3hrs after check in time to get a room. Then of course they were calling on the phone at 10am because I hadn't checked out. The people there have no customer service skills and they even have a big board in the back that says "Say NO".. No upgrades, no lates, no earlies.. etc. I think they could come up with a better way to say things. Or maybe they do so well they don't need returning customers.
