An excellent place to stay in Savannah with an excellent breakfast. It's a 15 minute drive to the downtown historic area, but the price about half of what you would pay downtown and parking is free here and on the hotel property. Room was very clean and quiet considering there was an Army base just across White Bluff Road. We did hear one helicopter pass overhead during the evening and we heard a distant bugle in the morning, but these sounds were not enough to keep us from staying there again.
Location within miles of downtown and malls.

I found what I was looking for. I was wanting a hotel that was low cost because I needed two rooms. This hotel I got for $ per night. It has an indoor pool and soft beds to sleep. That is all I care about because we spent most of our time in town shopping and across the street it a large mall that my daughter liked. Basic hotel but was clean and good beds. Breakfast was OK but most of the time we ate out anyway because we were on the road site seeing. This is mostly a self service hotel, good price.
Good value outside the historic district

Historic District was about 10 minutes away and easy to get to. Next to Hunter army airfield, but quiet most of the time. Slept soundly. Felt very safe. Near two malls, theaters and many restaurants.
The room was very nice. The front desk people were sometimes hard to find if you had a question. There was plenty to eat for breakfast, but there were no places to sit in the dining room both times I went down. It was too crowded. A bigger room with more tables would have been nice. There was a line at the waffle maker and the batter ran out. Gave up on waffles, got other food and went back to the room.

We go to Savannah every year to visit family. Whenever they have no room we stay here. I have stayed at 2 other hotels over the last 7 years but this is our favorite.

Reservations 4 "pet-friendly" inn-made 2 days prior. Stated had handicapped husband & sm. dog. Checked into tiny handicap room. On 3rd trip to car stopped and told to leave immediately because pets weren't allowed! Showed my paperworkw/the pet and handicap info. Young clerk, was more concerned with evening social, insisted we couldn't stay and immediately rushed to the front desk, un-registering us. Here I was with my dog and my handicapped husband in tow- evicted on a 98 degree afternoon, lost as to what to do. My humiliation & frustration were/are inexcusable.!
