We stayed at this hotel on our way to Charlotte, NC. Check-in was fast and staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and ready for us when we got there. I used the fitness center and the swimming pool. Both were fine. Breakfast buffet was good and had a good selection. Enjoyed sitting in the rockers on the front porch. We plan to stop here again on our next trip!
Good value for the money

The hotel is in need of upkeep and maintenance. The room was nice and quaint, however, the ceiling was cracked and bulging. The sheets had a hole in them.
There was a bug in the bed - I killed it and checked for others. Upon not finding any, went to sleep.
The pool was nice, the water clear. The pool deck however, had a used bandaid on it. When the cleaning staff came in, they only took the used towels out - didn't clean the deck or anything else!
The breakfast was nice. However, the waffle maker was getting batter stuck in it. After one gentleman made his waffle, the worker went over to spray Pam on it. Upon seeing some batter still stuck, she blew into it to get the crumbs out! And then she sprayed it - YUCK!!
Overall, not bad for the cost. And I would stick to the cereal for breakfast...

This motel is very nice for the price, I have stayed there 4 times this year, never had any issues, I strayed this past sat and went across the street, what a mistake, I got 1/2 my money back and came back the this motel, spa is nice, indoor pool temp is pleasant, and a very nice hot breakfast

Of all of the hotels i reviewed near Knoxville, this one boasted review about clean room, others did not. We needed a quick overnight stay (we arriving late) and did not want to spend a lot of money. This was the ONLY hotel for the low price that former reviewers claimed was clean. ALL othe the other reviews on other hotels complained of unclean room and mysterious smells. THIS ONE WAS NICE AND CLEAN. Very nice staff and good breakfast in the morning.
Very nice place and nice folks!

I usually stay out west for football games, but this was a nice change. Easy to get into downtown before the game, even with all the construction on I-40. Big room with 2 queens, very clean and lots of places to eat at this exit, especially after a late afternoon deli snack! The breakfast had a great assortment and the lady in charge was very helpful. The bed was comfortable and the towels were big and fluffy. Great value for your hotel dollar. A+
PS. It looked like they had an indoor pool but I didn't use it.
