Great hotel in a cozy courtyard setting

We had an excellent stay at Pan Pacific. Everyone was very friendly and greeted us coming and going each day. The hotel was a haven in the heart of Seattle, with a boutique feel, surrounded by wonderful courtyard shops. A big plus was the Whole Foods on the ground floor, which was a pleasant surprise with its fresh Washington produce and excellent coffee. The hotel's coveneint location allowed easy access to Denny Park, Lake Union, the streetcar, and downtown. This was homebase for all of our day trips around the Pacific Northwest and we were glad to come back to the comfort of the hotel each day. We can't wait to go back and would recommend it to anyone.

Beautiful Hotel

This hotel is very elegant. The room was spacious and had a very large bathroom with a garden tub and large separate shower. It was, however, a further walk to Pike's Market than we thought it would be, but definitely doable. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Not the best location

Nice hotel, but not a very good location for Seattle if you plan to enjoy the city. This location adds several blocks to any walking you'll do towards Pike Street, the water, or the stadiums. There are much better choices. Room was very nice. Bellman staff do not have a clue! There were arguments with cab drivers. And they are tripping over each other trying to get tips.

This was a surprise trip I arranged for my girlfriend's birthday and I couldn't be more proud. It was everything I expected after what I heard in the rest of these reviews. The staff was very helpful and nice. I was surprised the moment we arrived; we were welcomed as we got off the shuttle, doors opened for us (don't think I touched the door more than twice the entire weekend) and when we checked in they wished my girlfriend a happy birthday even though I told only one employee about a month before!! Once we got to our room it was everything I imagined... A view of the space needle in one window and downtown Seattle in the other just as I requested numerous times in the previous months. It was very modern and even more romantic... the comfiest bed we've ever slept in! Though it did make it hard to get up early enough to enjoy everything the city had to offer LOL. It was right next to a B of A so we could sort our money out during the trip conveniently and surrounded by many tasteful, fairly cheap, restaurants. The thing we both enjoyed the most was the 24-hour jacuzzi. After walking around town all day, this was a perfect end to an eventful day, but not before going back to our room and ordering a romantic comedy from the nearly unrestricted list of movies on our HD plasma TV. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to go to Seattle, and, personally, I won't stay anywhere else on my next visit.
