Very convenient to airport...room was clean and nice, staff was friendly...about 10-15 minutes to Sea World/Disney via toll road. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay again.

The front desk staff member was not friendly or helpful just telling us the sign there was the times of the shuttle, not what was listed on the TV in our room so we were left to wait for over an hour at which time my husband complained to the manager. The shuttle dirver himself was very nice and helpful.
The furniture in the rooms and in the reception area is soiled: The upholstery needs a cleaning. It provides a bad impression.
Otherwise the trip was okay.
Hot tub doesn't work, staff won't help

Checked in on Monday and hot tub was cold, staff said manager knew about it but wouldn't fix it. Still not working after 6 days. No compensation offered since we had prepaid through the travel website.
