The ceilings are crusted with water damage. The room service costs as much as meal at Spagos... and is no where near Wolfgang Puck.Internet costs an additional 10 bucks a day and breakfast was surely not complimentary.

The Hyatt Capital was a very nice hotel. The people were very accomadating. The room was very large with a nice view of the Capital. It is only a few blocks to the historic German Village which I would highly recommend to anyone who stays here.

I requested a King size bed in my reservation, which I purchased a month in advance, but when I went to check in they told me they did not have any. Not until I made a scene did they suddenly come up with a beautiful room which overlooked the capital building. The rest of our stay was very nice.

My airline lost my luggage, and the staff at the Hyatt were so helpful. They did everything they could to normalize my day/night, and were extremely friendly.

I was disappointed in our stay. The hotel restaurant was ridiculously expensive. We had breakfast there one morning and the total came to over $50.00! The food wasn't any better than IHOP. We could have saved ourselves a lot of $ by going there instead. Also disappointed that the hotel didn't validate parking tickets for the garage below ground.
