Hotel was in a good location. Close to Universal, but not of walking distance. Hotel was set for a family of 5, but when we got there the room had a king bed and a sofa couch. We have a 16 year old son, 13 year old girl and a 7 year old girl. This was not enough room for a family of 5. After complaining they did bring us a roll away. We had to move the furniture around to fit the roll away. They told us that the room was not to have a roll away in it, that it was a fire hazard. If it wasen't suppose to have a roll away, then they shouldn't have said that it would sleep a family of 5. If you have small children, this wouldn't be so bad. The room was clean and the hotel was clean. We did have breakfast one morning but it was very crowded, Ok selection. The pool was nice, not very big. For the $105.00 a night for the room it wasn't a bad price but the inconvience of a bigger family makes you choose between price and comfort. We ate several times at Perkins. Very close to hotel and the food was very good. The only thing was it took a while for the food, but it was always worth the wait. There is also a Friday's close by and the same for that. Good food but you have to wait for it. Overall we would stay here again, but only have 2 rooms instead of one. The price for 2 rooms is still cheaper than paying for a hotel that would sleep 5 anywhere else. Then you have 2 restrooms and 2 showers. The staff was also friendly. Free internet also.

The overall experience here was GREAT! The staff is very friendly, the continental breakfast is excellent - lots to choose from. We had a suite, it was quite comfortable for a small family. ...very clean & the beds & linens have all been upgraded recently w/ down & european linens - nice touch. You can walk to I-drive w/ restaurants & shopping - very convenient to Sea World & Disney too. I would totally stay again, we travel a lot and this place was a real gem. It was so affordable and so pleasant. Oh - great pool too!

The rooms were very clean with the exception of one thing-it had an awful odor-probably from someone smoking a cigar in it. Should have been taken care of before anyone else checked in to that room. When I approached the staff, I was given room deodorizer. When I approached the staff again a couple days later I was brushed off like it was no big deal. It was a big deal-the odor blasted you every time you entered the room. I would have rated them higher if they would have showed some concern or attempt to offer me an alternative. Otherwise, hotel is well kept. Good location-quiet.
