TERRIBLE PLACE TO STAY!!!!

Like most of the Ramada Inns this one is run down and just needs to be torn down. Short staffed and obviously over worked by the time share customers. I will never stay in another Ramada again. Noisy pool dirty room no room service the 2nd day. Two trips to the front desk just to get clean towels. DO NOT STAY HERE.
Front Desk Rude ~ Maids Great! Rowdy Pool

The front desk people were rude. They were not helpful in any way. The pool had 50 screaming kids in it every night, past pool hours. I never got to enjoy the pool after a long day at Disney. The description says its 1 mile from Disney..NOT. Its 5 or 6 miles. They only have a few shuttles a day. The shuttle people are even more rude. The rooms were ok, not as nice as they look online. The air conditioner was So loud, it woke me up all throught the night. The hotel bar and restaurant close early. There are not too many restaurants nearby. The gift shop is open at random times. The time share people are fairly annoying when you check in but they leave you alone after that. It looked like they dumped grease and random food and liquids out of the restaurant back door, that we drove through daily. The maids were very pleasant and helpful. It was inexpensive so I was expecting the Taj Mahal but I would have been much more satisfied with my stay if the staff had some kind of customer service skills. That is easy to fix.

If your looking for a place to crash and store your stuff, this is the place. 2 adults and one teenager stayed overnight while celebrating a birthday at Disney World. Booked an exterior drive-up accommodation so we could easily transport our coolers and luggage to the room. Great price value, especially for Florida residents. Check-in was swift and painless. No complaints about the staff and I was never bothered about a time-share opportunity (maybe because we are residents). Rooms are outdated so nothing fancy here. Beds were comfortable but the headboard was not attached to the frame. Whenever the bed moved just a tad, the headboard would bang against the wall. Thank goodness we did not have a next door neighbor. Linens and towels were clean. The room was large enough for three and it was clean. The hot water handle in the sink was very difficult to turn on and it slowly dripped from the faucet the rest of the time we were there. Only a wrench would stop the drip so we just ignored it. No plate covers on the electrical outlets - they're pretty well hidden from the youngsters, but still, if you have small kids, request a room with outlet covers. If you like your coffee in the morning, don't bother using the complimentary coffee maker (worst ever!). We traveled a block down the road and grabbed coffee from 7-eleven. Excellent location to Disney Parks. We usually stay at a resort in the park and it seemed like we had easier access from this hotel rather than on-site. For an economical stay, we recommend this hotel and would stay again.

our hotel was great . rooms were big and very clean. pool was very nice also
