Disaster of a hotel for handicapped people

I was in the only room in the entire 3 story hotel which provided a walk in shower for handicapped people. My toilet was plugged up for 2 days and I was given 2 different plungers by hotel staff to plunge my own toilet. Being handicapped and recently having neck surgery, plunging my own toilet was not only very painful, but could have been very dangerous to my life. I was told to use the bathroom in the room across the hall which had previously been occupied, but had never been cleaned. This was SO unsanitary and totally unacceptable. 12 hours before I was due to check out, they fixed my toilet. I went to use the handicapped bar next to the toilet to get up and the whole bar fell off the wall. This hotel provided a mini kitchen with very few dishes and no dish soap to wash the dishes with. They also did not provide any amenities except barsoap to wash your hands with. Any used and dirty towels had to be returned by me to the front desk to obtain clean ones. They provided no service to the room at all unless you wanted to pay extra it. They also didn't even provide a hair dryer. These are things that even Motel 6 provide! Clean towels, service to the room, hair dryers, even hand cream, along with a coffee pot and coffee to go into it. None of this, except the coffee pot, was provided by such an "upscale" hotel. There was also no one at the front desk at any time when I was going out or coming back at any time of the day. The only way to get someone's attention was to ring a bell and wait for them to come.
