This was a last minute booking
All in all I was very pleased with my stay and very comfortable in my room I couldnt have asked for a better room for my fam.
Disappointing Experience

Wouldn't answer phone to get shuttle from airport, pressed re-dial in front of hotel clerk and their phone rang. Clerk was unapolpgetic. Rooms old and no elevator to third floor.
The worst hotel that I had been in my life

This is the worse hotel that I had been in my life!. Has roaches, mosquitos & all kind of insects.
The services is ok, but the cleaning is the worst. the continental breakfast is just bread & jelly, They don't even put the bread out of the package; & cofee.

Upon check in the staff was friendky, efficient and hekful. At first look, the room appeared ideal. However, there ws only one facecloth and handtowel for 2 people, the coffee pot did not turn off (needed to be unplugged), the bathroom exhaust fan did not work, there were andt inthe bed, two roaches crawled across the wall, the nattress pad was much smaller than the bed, bunching up uncomfortably while we slept. A lobby door opens up directly into the breakfast preparatin area, and several guests with large suitcases walked through the prep area and bumped into seated diners. The call to confirm that we had our room as sooon as we unlocked the door was a nice touch.

I read all the reviews from the other travel agency customers. I am not really sure why this hotel got such a low rating. This hotel was a great deal for the money I paid. We stayed here for 1 night and would stay longer.
