The hotel was nice. The pool was good also. The hotel is in a great location. The only problem I had that there was only one working ice machine.

We had a great stay at Orlando Grand Plaza! The room was spacious and clean. We didn't spend any time enjoying any of the hotels amenities as we were busy at Universal and shopping on I Drive. Great location for doing "The Orlando Thing!"

This hotel has pictures that are deceiving. The exterior is run down, the room didn't feel clean, and the light in the bathroom fell down and was full of bugs! They advertise an indoor pool, but it?s not really indoor or heated, it?s just covered and still allows air to come through. The staff was friendly and efficient though. The front lobby staff was helpful and friendly and the lobby gives the place a better overall appearance. Too bad we weren't sleeping in the lobby! Overall, the Orlando Grand Plaza isn't so grand.

This place was beyond gross. The exterior walls were 1980's sliding glass doors, need I say more. The beds were gross, floors were gross, bathroom had mold, there was holes in the walls, the phone didn't work, body hair on the floor..
