I have never written a review before, but felt that this is something that consumers need to be aware of. New managemnt staff was unbelievably rude and inflexible. This turned into the most unpleasant hotel experience I have ever had-and there have been many- both in both the US and other countries. Be VERY cautious that you do not need to make ANY changes for ANY reason, even if because of flight cancellation that are due to incremental weather. Taking your money is the bottom line here.

We were visiting family in Boston and with the very expensive hotel costs in the city, decided to stay outside and drive to the subway to get into town. We went to the Riverside (End of Green Line D) to catch the train which worked out great.
The hotel staff were wonderful - friendly and very helpful in answering questions about the area and recommending restraunts.
The free breakfast was the best we've had because they had a good selection of food including hot items (eggs, omlette, potatoes, sausage, etc.) and a waffle machine.
The fitness room had old equipment in a small room.
The biggest problem was the noise from other rooms and the hall way. The rooms must not be insulated very well to keep the noise down, so plan to run the fan for white noise.
