Never Again

We stayed in this place a few years ago to attend a bowl game at Raymond James stadium. The location was great. We returned to go to the Outback bowl game this year and had a less than satisfactory stay: The room we got had no vanity nor toilet lid in the bathroom. The general manager did nothing about when we talked to him except claiming he was unaware of it. Upon returning home, I discovered he not only charged us for the four nights we stayed there, but also charged us for an additional night. I called and talked to him and he agreed we should not have been charged but said he could do nothing about it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and just got a letter from him saying we were charged because we were a no show. This place also charges you for the use of a safe without your approval; even after I specifically said I would not be using the safe.
IS THIS A BEST WESTERN??

Boy we were surprized by this hotel. We have never stayed in a Best Western before. couldnt get into a Hampton we stay at (just before leaving on a cruise) but I must say....VERY
nice and clean property. People were nice, rooms good (and I HOP right next door) I think this is where we will stay from now on. (a lot less than our usual hotel)

I was in town for a conference taking place on Westshore Drive. This hotel was conveniently located, easily accessible by car from I 275. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only a microwave & refrigerator, and a counter with lots of drawers & cupboards & stainless steel kitchen sized sink. They are remodeling, but that didn't interfere with the guests as far as I could see. There was also a fitness center onsite, which I didn't use but looked quite nice for your average simple workout. I would definitely star here again.

Very clean and comfortable with an outstanding friendly staff. Close to everything. Nice lobby with internet availability. Will definately stay here again. Very good experience overall.

Second time we've stayed here as is convenient to Tampa relatives. Price is right. Clean, AC worked great, continental breakfast, newspaper. But the water in the shower barely came out.
