The property itself is nice. The rooms are large and pretty, with soft linens on the bed. There is no central AC -- only a window unit and it's in the kitchen area, so the bedroom and bathroom got stuffy and hot after showers. Our credit/debit card was charged TWICE for incidentals and the money wasn't credited back for 5 days. We checked out on a Friday, so we had no money all weekend and for 2 days of the next week. I had to call more than once to get the problem corrected. Also, be sure to read your bill from the restaurant upstairs. My friend was over charged for breakfast --. The pool was not open due to construction. We were not informed of this before check-in. We will most likely not stay here again.

I've stayed here twice now, and I'm coming back for a third stay. No issues at all. They have an entire floor of smoking rooms. The second room I got was much nicer than the first, and had newer couch, etc. TV's are fine, have cc feature and really clean.
The staff, from valet to desk clerk to the hostess in the bar/restaurant are all very nice and very happy. They aim to please.

Stayed at Le Parc on a 5 day business trip to LA. If you are looking for comfort, room to spread out after a long work day, friendly and efficient staff, and a fabulous location close to restaurants and bars, I doubt you can do much better than this hotel. The room was incredibly spacious, with a huge bathroom, lots of closet space, and a balcony for escaping into the afternoon sun. Check in and check out were all handled efficiently by the courteous staff. The Valet parking was quick and easy no matter what time of day or night I need my car. Set in a residential neighbourhood, this hotel is truly a home away from home. Lots of comfort and extras here. Make sure you check out the roof top pool and sunbathing area. Room service was fast and the food was good on the nights when I was too tired to venture out to all the great eating places in the neighbourhood. This hotel is now on my "top 5" places to stay in the USA when I travel on business.

It was an extremely pleasant surprise to find this quiet, chic hotel right in the middle of Hollywood. It was also fun to run into several celebrities (an American Idol, and several rock band members) that probably don't want people to know where this place is. It looks more like a quiet neighborhood condiminium instead of a loud, busy, tourist hotel. My wife and I were very pleased and would highly recommend it.
