I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Scottsdale. Being right in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale it allowed you to walk to many Restaurants, Shops, Nightspots and Baseball Games. The staff was very helpful and the service was outstanding. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. All around great experience
Love the Hotel and the employees!!

The only thing we were not happy about was the parking. Last year when we stayed we did not have to pay to park in the parking garage so we were suprised that they were charging $13.00 a night this year to park.

The folks at the front desk were friendly enough but I found out that the on line travel website never forwarded any of my Marriott rewards informantion that I plugged in, so the hotel did not provide me with, newspaper, robes, single bed instead of requested 2 beds, etc unless I called and begged them. They were unable to validate my number until I called marriott and had them take care of it.
Also, the hotel had construction going on and the drilling was quite irritating while trying to conduct some business... looks like they have lots more construction to go so call first for a quiet room.
I will not stay there next month, will find another property. I have stayed there 4 times in the last 6 months and have had similar issues.

The room, over all, was outstanding. The French doors separating the living space with the bedroom area was a wonderful touch. The staff was terrific, and the facilities were very good. We loved the hotel and enjoyed the area, with its shops and restaurants.
