My wife and I stayed here the night before our cruise. We had flown into Orlando Airport, and phoned for the shuttle service. It arrived within minutes, almost before we had our luggage. The hotel was nice, clean, and well-staffed. The business center had internet and printing available, which was nice for printing maps & checking the weather. We did not have the breakfast at the hotel, but there is a Denny's open 24 hrs at the corner. The next morning, the hotel shuttle took us back to the airport to pick up our rental car. We are staying here again this winter before our cruise. A+++++

Although breakfast LOOKS like it's included, it isn't. $10 for a buffet--not bad, but maybe not worth $10. It was clean, comfortable, easy to control room temp, business center access to internet and e-mail, convenient to lots of places. Staff pretty friendly. Hall did smell of past smoking section, but room was only a little must smelling, not smoky. I don't think I checked "non=smoking" as an option. I would stay again.

My last day I had to request the shuttle twice, I believe they share with the Hampton Inn. After waiting for close to 40 mintues the shuttle finally arrived for the less than 10 minute trip to the Airport. Staff overall was very helpful and the room was excellent for the value. Breakfast was okay, would definitely go out if you do not get a voucher if you would like more choices. Business center was nice with the complimentary internet and printer service. Would definitely stay here again!

fridge wasn't working, air filters in meeting room needed to be changed. room was beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly. LOVE the "companion fish" option!

We stay here once a month. Very clean, great staff. Breakfast a bit pricey, but good.
