Terrific Hotel-Great Location

We definitely would stay here again. The room was small, but never felt cramped due to good design. The seventh floor terrace, with complimentary coffee, was a great place to rest after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very professional and accomodating. The location of the hotel made it very easy to get around and we enjoyed stopping by Rockefeller Center each evening, knowing we were only steps from our hotel.

We got a great deal on this hotel and were surprised out how nice the hotel is. There is a small check-in area downstairs but there was always a friendly employee down there to help us with anything.
The bed was very comfortable and although the rooms were kind of small they were laid out nicely so it wasn't a big deal. We had to ask for an iron and ironing board but that was the only thing we needed that wasn't in the room.
You can't beat the location. We loved the fact that it was about halfway between Times Square and Central Park. Very easy to get around and plenty of deli's and restaurants nearby.
Rockefeller Center Hotel - Great Experience

Was not so sure at first when taxi dropped me off in front of the hotel. The customer service was wonderful. We had reserved a gueen bed which came with our package, we were upgraded to a room with a queen size bed and roller-way bed when requested. There was a $ nightly charge for the cot, but it worked out fine. I travel a great deal and this hotel is spotless. I would definately stay again.
Amazing hotel in the best location

This hotel is so worth every penny. The rooms were spotless and the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. It was the perfect location for both theatres and shopping. My daughter and I were able to get around by walking to most destinations. Will definitely stay here again.
