No Pets Allowed Here

Planning a trip to Nebr for a wedding, traveling with a small dog. Went into omaha, nebr hotels to find one that allowed pets. Found on the website PETS WELCOME. Emailed to find out if there were any fees for the pet, received a email back saying it was up to each location. So I called direct to this location and was told there was a $50.00 non refundable fee. Then I had one of the managers call to tell me (he had gotten my # from my email) that since they remodeled they don't allow any pets. This is not what it says on their web site for this location but the manager wasn't aware this was even on their site. Nice place to stay if you don`t want to take your pet. we stayed the year before with no pet, this year we`ll find one that IS PET FRIENDLY.

Great stay at this Hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very supportive of CWS team and still gave other guests full attention. Close to interstate and easy to get to Rosenblat. Could use a little more help with breakfast if a team is at the hotel, but they handeled the extra breakfast business great. All suite hotel with very large rooms. Room was very clean. Will be back to stay again next year!

Would Stay Here Again

We enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. The staff was very competent and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We liked the suite's layout with the bedroom in the back of the suite and the sitting area/kitchen in the front. The hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Definitely would stay here again.

Extremely dissatisfied

Everything about our experience at this hotel was sub-par, beginning with our room. The room was warm, musty and not particularly clean. You could not adjust the AC, which blew a constant stream of warm noisy air. Two calls to the front desk yielded two promises to "send someone to look at it." No one ever showed up. Our "balcony" sat directly over the loby roof, where a large pile of decaying trash and cigarette butts had drifted. The unpleasant aroma from the trash ruled out openeing the back door to air out the room. The fact that letting in the August air would have been an improvement should tell you something about the indoor air quality. Because of the warmth and humidity, our front door would only close if you slammed it shut. Apparently others were having the same problem, as the sound of banging doors echoed throughout the open atrium of the hotel. This was not a good thing for our 1.5 year old's sleep schedule. The pool was large, clean and nice. The "Hot" tub was broken. After two more stops at the front desk to report the problem, a maintenance worker finally got the tub bubbling on day two of our stay. Unfortunately the bubbling water was barely warmer than the pool.

Hotel is nice and clean and staff seems friendly. But for a 3 star hotel expected a bit more. The internet is not free and no contential breakfast. You have to pay for everything. I get better service from a 2 or 1 star hotel.
