"The Hotel was in a great location, directly across from the beach. Very clean, good continental breakfast and friendly staff. It was pricey for the size of the room, however I guess you're paying for location. The pool was small but over-all a very pleasant Hotel. Our biggest dissapointment was not with the Hotel at all, but the Beaches. They re-furbished the beaches about 3 months ago which has covered the old beach and Sharks teeth and it was a HUGE dissapointment. You can find a few up near the dunes if you search hard. We found some on the beach past Sharkeys resturant. "

Was not planning on staying in venice until we inquired about inn on the beach. i would rate it a five star for the "inn-beach" hotel/motel. i am a frequent complainer with no complaints. very,very clean. small, but that's expected on the beach.
