The room was spacious and very comfortable. Quick access to all highways made travel extremely easy to navigate in the Pensacola area.
Breakfast ran 6am-9am during the week. For someone that wants to sleep in, it would be preferable to serve until at least 10am.
Very appreciative of the house staff and their diligence on the cleaning of the room.
Many places to eat within walking distance.
Exercise facility was sad; consisting of worn out treadmills. I ended up paying $10 a visit to a local health club that was open 24 hours a day.
A wonderful place to stay

My wife and I decided to spend a few days in the Pesacola area and found this hotel offered as part of a online travel website trip. We were extremely pleased with our choice.
The staff was extremely helpful. Everything.....everything was just as promised. The room was really large and was fresh and clean and even offered a real fireplace. The kitchen was immaculate and included everything we might have needed. In addition to coffee and tea it even included a bag of popcorn for the microwave. The fridge was clean and cold and bathroom was bright, clean, and up-to-date.
Free high-speed internet is included, too, which took us about 45 seconds to implement and be up and running. There were plenty of outlets for all the chargers for our cell phones, computers, cameras, etc. In the lobby there is another computer with a printer so you could check in for your flights home before you left.
Breakfast is offered every morning and could not have been more inclusive. It's advertised as being comprehensive and truly is. But, if you decide you need groceries for your own meals, you can leave a list for the staff and after you return from your day out, you'll find everything on your list waiting for you. Outside of the food itself, this is a service included with no additional charge. That was a wonderful feature that should me mentioned
This is the second time we've stayed at a Marriot Residence Inn and we are now convinced that this hotel will be the ones we try to find as we travel for business or pleasure. Having traveled extensively and experienced may different hotels, this one stands out as being a great value for the money. I can highly recommend it.

Spent four days here in August 2007, and would stay again. The room was large and comfortable, and certainly clean. The free breakfast was excellent. Unlike some Residence Inns, this was not a true suite, with seperate bed and loving rooms, but a large bed/living/kitchen plan. Road construction made accessing a little tricky, but not amajor problem. Several good restaurants nearby. There is a Bennigans within walking distance, and a Steak and Ale and others within a 2-3 minute drive. Very friendly staff.

Hotel is rated as 3 Star and everything about it should be 3 Star but the cleanliness was terrible. Sheets and Floors were clean but the kitchen was filthy. Bathroom was okay but there was hair on the wall of the bath. The air conditioning did not cool as much as we would've liked but there was mostly new units viewed outside the rooms. We would stay again but a/c upgrades and housekeeping experts are needed.
Poor Value

I have never stayed at the Residence Inn before, but decided to spend the extra money to stay in something nice while on vacation. I must say I was disapointed. The room we had was shabby and with the upstair bathrooms shower curtain having black mold at the bottom. If I wanted to deal with this I would have stayed at "Motel 6". Lastly, I had believed that the breakfasts that "Residence Inn" provides were some to the Best, I again was very disappointed, there wasn't any breakfast meat provided the morning of our stay. This motel was OK, just not worth the extra $$ we paid.
