I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Northwest near Park 100 when I was in Indianapolis for business recently. I really enjoyed my visit. The rooms were very clean, the breakfast was good (bacon on a complimentary breakfast - I was suprised), and the staff was phenomenal. I made a good choice in staying with this hotel. I'll be back the next time I am in the area for sure.

I recently visited the Holiday Inn Express Northwest in Indianapolis. We were in town for a sporting event and my child's ball team was playing around the clock tournaments near this hotel. I was surprised at how wonderful the staff was at this hotel! Our team travels a lot, and usually when we stay at the hotels "recommended" by the sporting facility, the people are not always as friendly as you would hope (I guess that a lot of the hotels that we stay at deal with sports teams a lot, and sometimes seem to be aggrivated with us). At any rate - I received nothing but top-notch service while I was at this hotel, and was truly impressed by the staff not only at the Front Desk, but in the Breakfast and Housekeeping departments as well. Everyone was all smiles! The Security Agent had to address some of the other guests that were drinking in the lobby area during one evening of our visit...but he was very discreet and courteous even when the people who were drinking were not so polite - and I thought to myself that his job must not be easy, so I was surprised at how kind and calm he was while speaking with these folks.
The free hot breakfast was definitely a great thing to have, and the cinnamon rolls were WONDERFUL! When our team visits the Indianapolis area for future tournaments, I hope this hotel is still one of the places that is recommended, because we would LOVE to have an opportunity to stay here again. The have excellent service, a beautiful hotel, and I feel like a got a good deal while staying here. Thanks Holiday Inn Express Northwest Indianapolis!

I had a really rough day and at check in I felt really welcome, like I was home. The room was very comfortable. There was also security monitoring the parking lot and hotel!!!
Convienent Location

I am from St.Petersburg, FL and was passing through to go to Chicago. The location was directly located right off the interstate in a very pleasant area near a business park. In walking distance there are a few popular family restraunts that most families would enjoy and was very convienent. Upon check out, I have to credit the staff as well for bringing me a cart to my room and loading my luggage while I pulled up the car. I will definitely be back next time I travel through Indy.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming. I forgot my daughters toothbrush and the front desk brought it up to my room and gave my daughter a little toy as well. She loved it!! When I visit the Indianapolis area I will make sure to stay at this hotel again!
