Choke on the Smoke

The hotel smelled of heavy Cigar Smoke. I was surprised at check out with an excessive bill for a resort fee and taxes. Poor customer service.

Not great

Room was clean but completely out dated. TV was from the 80's and shower curtain had a hole in it. Walls were paper thin. Bed were not comfy. Definitely not 4 stars. Would not stay again.

Not as good as expected. This hotel does nickel and dime you to death!!!! The report fee is dumb since the resort is not that great to have to pay their high overhead. 400 employees and not so hot place. Would I stay again no

This hotel is VERY tired. Rooms smelled to the point we could not stay there. Compared to other 4 star hotels in Scottsdale this is not even close.

Grounds are beautiful!

The grounds of this resort are truly outstanding. However we had a traditional room and it was very, very dated. The bathroom was old and smelly. I wouldn't say the room was up to "resort" standards. Also a LOT of stuff for sale in the ...Read more
Nice Resort...But

A terrific conference hotel, but try somewhere else for single or family stay. Guests of the hotel are second to events..parking, entries, reserved for functions. Alot of amenities, good price, but a bit outdated for a resort.
