I just left the hotel last week, this is the worst hotel to stay in houston, can't recommend it to my worst enemy. The front desk lacks manner or any form of courtesy, they use all manners of excuse to rip you off. The rooms are not cleaned a whole week, smelly, dirty with lots of roaches. There was no security at all, front desk resumes 11am daily and the GM is appalling and very rude. Please go elsewhere nearby, the place is just not it.

My husband's been there since Halloween, on business, there's never any towels available, they charged our debit card whenever they felt like it and for rooms he wasn't even in. They owe us $467 right now, but claim they don't. You can walk down the hall and get high from all the pot that's being smoked in there. They have roaches. And out of 6 washers in their laundry facility, only 2 of them work. It's no wonder they can afford to charge so little for their rooms, because they rip people off that pay with credit/debit cards.

This was truly the filthiest hotel that I've ever stayed in. We changed rooms after the first was too disgusting to stay in. The second was only slightly better. No towels, and when we asked for some, they were dingy with brown and black stains. I was awakened by a roach crawling on my arm. Floors were dirty, staff was unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place by any means.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. The rooms are filthy. The blankets/sheets have ciagrette holes. You have to pay for the day BEFORE you stay and ABSOLUTELY no refund. Terrible, terrible residents. Do not expect a quiet night there. There are kids running around, couples fighting, neighbors turning the volume of their TV at max ALL NIGHT LONG. And they all look like the kind that you don't want to mess up with.
