Vey Disappointing

The hotel was old and stuffy. The pictures that were on the internet were on the lower level. It was very misleading the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. The pictures make the hotel look very contemporary and like a new hotel which it definately was not. W e had to upgrade just to get a standard room at any other hotel. It was over priced and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We were very disappointed.
Great Room, Great Value, Great Location

Where else can you get a downtown suite with kitchen for so cheap? The room was clean with enough room for our family. The hotel was very secure (you need a key to go up the elevator). The kitchen has a fridge, stove, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The staff was helpful and prompt. There is free overnight parking on the well-lit street if you plan on getting up early. Train station is just a couple of blocks away, and it will take you anywhere downtown as well as the museum district. Free bottled water, too.

There's no iron or ironing boards in the room, so you have to forage for them in the shared hallway. If they run out, try another floor. My last room didn't even have an alarm clock in it. I only gave it a 4 because the lady with the red hair at the front desk is hot.

The location is close to the theater district. Staff was very curteous, knowledgeable, and made it a great stay. The room was efficiently designed and quiet. The bed was a little too firm, but easily overlooked by all the other positives.
