A Fantastic Experience

The service that I received from the Peninsula was wonderful. I visited the spa and pool area. The lemon flavored water was a nice treat. I also enjoyed the strawberry ice water. The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. A surprise welcoming gift was left in my room. The gift consisted of a box of chocolates, a fresh fruit platter and a personal note. Nice touch, Peninsula! Although I traveled alone, I was never lonely. How could you be in Chicago? I will definitely return to the Peninsula. The hotel is ideally located. One other thing, if you go, do take advantage of the live jazz that is played in the lobby on the weekends.
The Peninsula Chicago is one of the best!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. From the moment we checked in we were treated as special guests. Service was excellent and our room was perfect. We requested an extra bed for one night and it was delivered without delay. I would definitely put this on my 'must stay' list again in the future!

We stay at the Peninsula every year and love it. We've also stayed in the Peninsula in NY and these are the best hotels in the US. The service is unmatched anywhere and the rooms are beautiful.

I went to Chicago with my two best friends not knowing what to do or where to go, and the front desk employees helped straighten out my trip. Thank you so much!!!!!

This is an amazing hotel, not only are the rooms stunning but the service is outstanding. Being on the younger side I often recieve poor to fair service, but this hotel was only concerned with making every guest happy. Not only were we treated wonderfully but we even recieved a room upgrade to a suite with no extra charge...rare I am sure, but it has made me into a customer for life. Great breakfast too!!
