We stayed two nights in this hotel to visit Williamsburg, to which it was very convenient. The hotel was fine and clean, but on the third floor, some of the doors were showing some scuffs and wear and our end of the hall was a little musty. It seemed fine on the lowers floors. The staff was courteous and helpful and there were ample items (including Krispy Kreme donuts) for breakfast.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean, our room was clean too! We didn't request a suite, but did request a mini fridge in our room. The bed was a little hard for my liking (but my husband liked it).
They have 2 computers that are free to use, and there is wireless internet if you bring your own. The continental breakfast is much more than what it sounds like. It includes: apple, orange and cranberry juice, milk, coffee & tea (avail 24 hours). Bagels, bread, "make your own" waffles, fresh fruit, fruit cups, yogurt, donuts, cereal, oatmeal, sausage, bacon and hard boiled eggs.
**We were a bit hesitant becasue we had read reviews regarding a train, but during our 5 day stay we NEVER heard the train ***
It was a great stay, the staff is very friendly, and the accomodations were more than I expected. The hotel is close to everything, and we'll stay there again!

This hotel was very good. Location to events was great, front desk people were very friendly and helpful, easy in and out of building and very convenient for packing luggage in and out. Good for families and priced very reasonable. Will definitely stay there again.

Nice place, clean. Good breakfast (microwaved eggs, bacon & sausage); doughnuts, waffles, etc. My only complaint is that our room smelled funny. But we had some air freshener things, and it was OK. We'll go here again.

We are frequent visitors to Williamsburg. This was our first stay at this hotel. Be aware that It is an older hotel that has been renovated and turned into a Country Inn and Suites. The room was very clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, the staff could not have been more helpful/courteous. The condition of the room was okay. The bathroom was small - had to close the bathroom door in order to get into the shower. There was a second sink outside the bathroom - having two bathroom sinks was a huge plus. The breakfast buffet is okay for coffee, juice or a donut but we chose to go out for a hot, cooked breakfast every morning. Location was great for us since we were spending our time at Water Country and Busch Gardens. The pool looked clean & inviting but we never used it. You had to use your hotel key to gain access to the building which made us feel secure. The curtains would not cover the window completely so you could not block out the morning sun. Overall the experience was better then we expected and we would consider staying there again.
