I did a reservation for my wifes parents and sister and asked for a handicap room for non smokeing they had a room in the non smokeing section on the lower level and the room was filled from people smokeing. The hallways fill of smoke clear to the front desk. We checked them in around 10:45pm we could not stand it anymore went to the front desk and told them that we wanted to check out they said even though we were only there for 1hr they still had to charge us because if they did not they could get fired.And bugs all around the room also
