poor construction

I stayed on the bottom flor and the Shower head if we tried to move it would come out of the wall... the glass was falling apart in the sink area. The comforter has a stain on it, and the room and quailty was gross. The staff was very friendly and the coffee in the room was good.
Won't stay again.

The room was not very clean, the bathroom especially. It had mold and the walls had signs of deterioration. Had to go to the front desk to get an iron and then return it. There was a $10 deposit charged and was returned when I brought the iron back.
The bedspread has "crusties" on it which grossed me out.
The "free hot breakfast" consisted of cold hard boiled eggs and a waffle maker. Other than that their was cold ceral, instant oatmeal, stale pastries, and stale bagels.
The train went through with whistles blaring late at night and early morning.
The only good thing to say about this place was the staff was friendly. The had no bottled water on site but the girl at the front desk was good enough to give me a cup of water with ice from her water cooler.

The room was very clean. Service was good. Nice and quiet. If your lookin for a no frills hotel thats clean, this is the one. Staff was nice, breakfast was good.

The price was ok, considering it is summer and tourist season. The staff was very nice, and the breakfast was great. The room was terrible, smelly, sheets felt sticky, bathroom was full of mildew. Location is good for access to downtown historic Pensacola, but far from beaches.
Great place for the money!

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a romantic getaway. I was pleasantly surprised when we got here. We checked in at around 9:30 at night and the man at the front desk was very courteous and even helped us find a place for dinner. The room was small, but big enough for us and our luggage. Clean place, but it had a bit of a musty smell. The noise from other rooms was a bit loud, but not bad enough to keep us awake. It was nice that the hotel is walking distance from Downtown Pensacola. I would definitely stay here again!
