The hotel staff can be brusque at times because the lobby is always full of travelers and business people. When it's quiet, they are very friendly. There are also many storefront shops selling different kinds of foods and speciality gourmet items. A block from the hotel is a shopper's paradise, a local bazaar. The bazaar is open from 8am to 5pm. The bazaar is gigantic and has everything you may need, from electronics, clothes, and food to old Soviet trinkets. Dollars, euros, or rubles are accepted at the bazaar and hotel.
