Could have been a better stay

When booked through online travel website, we booked a double bed room. Upon arrival at hotel, we were put into a single bed room for the night, and had to sleep on an uncomfortable sofa bed. The next night we got moved to a double bed room. Somehow someone else ended up with the same keys as our room, and walked into our room. After that matter was settled, we had guests stay in our room and they slept on the sofa bed. The sofa bed sheets were dirty and the extra blanket that was supposed to be in the closet was bundled up (not folded) and seemed used.
I would stay here again, but they need to be on top of things.
