Hotel Horror's

Bugs inside hotel room, not to mention the awful smell. Refrigerator riddled with mildew phone was broken. No room service several conversations with front desk to get the room service. Credit card was charged twice in error. Front desk reluctant to fix error. Needs better customer service all around. Would never stay at another Travelodge AGAIN!!!!!!

The place was not acceptable. There were dead ants on the walls, the blankets on the bed were dirty and the room had a funky smell. There were broken down cars in the parking lot. Definitely not worth the price - look for something else.

My family and I loved our stay at this Travelodge on Beach Blvd. We had exceptional service when we needed more towels and while checking in/out, kids loved the pool/jacuzzi area, rooms were clean/felt safe, and breakfast was filling before we headed to Disneyland. We will return and recommend this hotel any day. Sorry for any of you who did not have a pleasant experience there. I don't know how that could happen with such a friendly staff.
