We had numerous problems, ripped bedding, electrical outlets falling off walls, ordered food only for me to have to call back because they wrote down the wrong room number (did get a very delicious newly cooked pizza), took talking to 3 people about my problems for them to offer anything for our bad stay, do NOT offer playstation hook up. Asked twice for my cc info to be put in so we could do room service...what else needs to be wrong

We were extremely happy with out stay at the Park Vista. The hotel was well worth the very good price we paid. It was in a great location........peaceful, but yet near everything. And the trolley was there every thirty minutes to pick you up and take you anywhere you wanted to go. We didn't even have to move the car. The pool area is beautiful and well maintained. Franklin's Bar and Grill was also well worth it. The wings are very good and the drinks even better! Just one thing, the bartender is overworked!! Everyone should consider this place when they are planning a trip to Gatlinburg. It's well worth it!

One of the nicest hotels in Gatlinburg. A`tall 15 story hotel with a center atrium. We stayed on the top floor and woke up each morning with beautiful mountain views. Very nice hotel for the money. Very friendly staff. Restaurant food was OK , but the food could have been a little better. Save yourself from a disapointing stay at one of the other "cheap" motels on the strip. We would definately stay there again!

This hotel offered us a fantastic view and very comfortable accomadations. The staff handled our very late check-in very well. The breakfast at Eleanor's was wonderful and the grounds are fun to explore. One evening there was a bear close by due to the proximity to the woods. Close enough to everything that anyone staying here will enjoy themselves both in the park and in town with ease!

this is a very good view of the mountains or the city however the hotel needs to have a renovations of the rooms the beds are in need of change as is the carpets. they do not vaccum the rooms daily
