Quote: If you are looking for a luxury resort, this is not the place. But if you want a convenient place to stay near the falls, with basic services and a friendly, helpful staff, I would recommend this hotel.

Quote: No linen changes over three nights despite <20% occupancy each night. Fridge only froze and teetered on a broken foot when open. They no longer give receipt usable for visitor tax refund. This place used to be a value, but now it's just cheap.
