The hotel was convenient and excellent. The room was comfortable and neat and clean and the staff was helpful. Restaurant was excellent.

The front desk staff was very friendly, and helpful. The room was extremely clean, and so was the hotel itself. I was worried about the hotel not being clean, or having a weird smell, but I must say that I worried for nothing. I was pleasantly surprised! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Upon arrival at 4PM, my room was not ready. When I checked in, the room was spacious, but I soon found out I was next to the 24hr fitness facility and for 2 nights was awakened at 2AM by weights and treadmills. When asked to move my room, I was given a SMALL handicap room and the air conditioning didn't work. The next day it was fixed, but I was paying top price for the room and they didn't upgrade me or offer anything to compensate for half my stay being distressing. The hotel dining room did not open for breakfast on Sunday, despite the front desk telling me it was open, and the next day it opened late. Overall, the hotel is a bit worn and I think there has to be a better value out there in the area for the money. I would not stay there again.

When we checked in the room was not what I wanted. I wanted two double beds but the man at the deck said very loudly and rudly that when you book on line on the travel website you get whatever we have. So I had to have a king with a pull out. My boys are 18 & 20 over 6'4' so it was not very comfy for them. The pillows are not nice at all very squisy. The showers are for small ,short people and there were not enough towels. The people at the front desk are not helpful at all and very rude. It reminds me of a motel redecorated. Its good for a one night stay.

The staff was very helpful, friendly and seemed happy to be at work.
