Pocket door needs help

The staff was very good, security good, room quality was adequate
especially for the price. Bathroom pocket door was difficult to open
and impossible to close completely. A person with arthritic hands
simply couldn't operate this door. Quiet rooms.

Hotel was in excellent proximity to where i was going for the function.....easily accessible to downtown area also. Only complaint that i had was the coffee maker in the room...did not have the top part to hold the coffee filter....................... Got there late, Front Desk Attendant was extremely nice since i arrived later than expected(12 midnight). I really appreciated his helpfulness in expediting my check in. Thanks!
Convenient and Comfortable

The staff was helpful, the room quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. The location was convenient to the airport and to downtown Charlotte. The only obvious deficiency was the difficult, heavy pocket door for the bathroom. It was a good value and we plan on staying again.

Definitely recommend this place. Very friendly and accomodating staff (we were allowed to check in over an hour early!), clean & inviting lobby & rooms, excellent breakfast. Good location - close to the interstate, airport, & downtown. Would be happy to stay here again.

The staff were great, not only did they let us check in an hour and a half early but they gave great directions to feed the kids and were helpful and nice and understanding in everything. No matter how many times we had to go "bug" them for food advice or restaurants or towels or whatever, they were kind and helpful and manners I wish my kids would get a hold of. The pool was a perfect size, not over 5 ft and small enough to watch my kids with out too much worry but still able to swim around and enjoy it.
The beds and pillows were one of the best, my kids wanted to take all of them home with us, they were soft and fluffy and so nice and comfy...yes we think a lot about pillows and comfy beds LOL. They even give you 4 pillows per bed!!!!
The breakfast was great, waffle maker and toast and bagels and cereals and oatmeal and juice and coffee!!!! Satisfied my picky eater for sure.
The rooms were good sized and cool details, my kids and I had a great time and they want to go back again soon. My oldest just wants to be able to not share a bed LOL.
What more can I say it was excellent
