Description: The first question you have upon pulling up to the Hotel is where is the lobby? You are quickly informed that the lobby is on the second floor. This hotel is right in the center of Michigan Ave. The location really is perfect. The rooms are well appointed and finished with nice furniture and fabrics. The rooms are however a little small like most older hotels are.
I found the staff to be excellent. When calling down for an extra couple of pillows they were delivered in 5 minutes. The hotel restaurant was very good but expensive so we only ate breakfast there. I recommend you get a room as high up as possible. Traffic noise decreases the higher up you get and the view increases of course. The exercise room was adequate but nothing special.
