We stayed at the Chateaux Avalon in KC, KS. It was wonderful, we wanted a romantic getaway without the kids and this was the perfect spot! It had a jacuzzi tub for two and a soft feather bed and lots of pillows. Breakfast in bed is included!! The ham and cheese omelet was the best. It is close to many shopping areas and is a great location.

Beautiful building and very friendly staff and service. The suite was very unique, with a "hidden door" in the sitting room that led to the quaint (i.e. small but comfortable) bedroom w/the the hot tub. Nice breakfast was delivered to room. Bathroom was a bit dull in comparison to rest of room and shower head was a bit old but was a great experience and would recommend to anyone looking for a unique and fun place to stay.
