We stayed our first night in the Lincoln Bedroom. The room was spacious and beautiful, but because of the room's location on the first floor, the only view was of the back of a rose bush. Because we thought it would be fun to try another theme, we asked to be moved to the Pirate's Cove if possible for our second night, and the staff was kind enough to comply. The Pirate's Cove was smaller, but it was a really fun theme. The mural on the wall was amazing and we really enjoyed that room. The beds and bedding in both rooms were very high-quality, as were the tubs in both rooms. Both rooms also had a very nice flat-screen TV and a good sound system and DVD player. The complimentary apple cider was a wonderful touch, and the breakfast in bed was soo much better than the continental breakfast offered by every other hotel we've stayed at. The only way this could be a better place would be if there was more to do on location. The hotel really only has a DVD llending ibrary by way of activities. However, its closeness to the very cool Legends shopping center made up for this. Also, there are no refrigerators in the rooms, which is a bit of an inconvenience. Still, this was a very nice departure from traditional hotel stays, and a very romantic getaway. We'd recommend it highly to anyone.

Our room was nice and our romantic experience was great. But, late in the evening the pipes in the ceiling and walls started banging , it sounded like a hammer on our walls and ceiling all night. Therefore our night was pretty much sleepless. I would never stay on the first floor again and never recommend the room we stayed in to anyone because of this. It was our 10 year anniversay and my husband has been battling cancer since July of 08 going thru many treatments and I wanted total relaxation for him .

Very nice place for a very nice evening. We stayed in the Colorado Frontier room, which was very small, but a fun cabin atmosphere. The tub was nice, the room was clean and the breakfast was great. Overall a nice place that I would visit again.

We stayed for a combo Anniversary retreat and my husbands birthday. The room was clean and very nice. We stayed in the Presidential Suite. The biggest thing was that we ended up being a 1/2 hour late as we could not find the place. There are no signs that tell which way to go once you get in the area of the motel {Legends ~ Village}. When we called, they told us it was 'on a hill'. We were still confused. We finally found it on our own.
The breakfast was very good. The huge cinammon roll a great surprise and treat that morning.
The mattress is not as comfortable as they advertise, however, we are spoiled by a Tempurpedic type mattress at home. So compared to a regular mattress, it might be more comfortable. We will definetely return.
