Not what I expected from a 4 star hotel

We encountered a number of problems.
1) We reserved a non-smoking room -- We received a room that smells of more smoke than a down town bar.
2) We eventually moved to a non smoking room. However, will using the bathroom I felt my socks/feet wet. The bathroom was leaking.
3) Someone came to fix the bathroom -- approximately 20 minutes after the maintenance person left. The bathroom started leaking again.
I must admit it was a very poor experience.
Worst beds ever

We were only there for two nights, but my husband and I were hardly able to sleep. The mattress was horrible and we woke up exhausted and in pain. The worst part is, that was the only negative about the place. The staff and everything else was wonderful. But I can't say I would stay again.

It all started at the frontdesk. They are there for your needs.Couldn't be treated any better. Spoke with X at the frontdesk before check in, for advanced needs for my arrival. She was very helpful and attentive. Checked in with X at the front desk. He couldn't be any more helpful in anything he could do to meet your needs prior to stay. Dining and Bar service was also above par. Housekeeping is always on the up. And long stays will make you feel fresh coming to a clean room even on unused items. Will I stay again? Absolutely! As long as they're there!

Beautiful hotel, clean, quiet. Great hot tub and pool. Friendly staff. Definitely a great place to stay. Near the freeway and elevated train but we couldn't hear any of that from our room and it was convenient to get back on the freeway to get where we were going. Lots of amenities. I really liked having a safe in the room.

We felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room service was quick. Food was exellent and dining facilities met our needs. Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was conveniently
located to main roadways.
We very much enjoyed our stay!
