This hotel was great!! SUPER comfortable beds and in the heart of downtown Austin. The location was perfect during Austin City Limits to catch a bus to the park and then hang out downtown afterwards. We didn't have to worry with taxis or driving. ...Read more

Better than Average...good service

A mix-up with the room put us in a very small room the first night. It was nice but small. However, the manager more than made up for the goof by comping breakfast room service and then moving us to a huge room the next night.
