What a Pleasure!

Just got home a few days ago, decided to write something as this place has had bad reviews. Only 1 block from the beach, a few minutes walk, well located. Friendly couple that run the place were kind and helpful. Rooms were clean, grounds were well kept. Told the new owners are renovating most of the rooms for the summer. We will return next month I hope.
If you like a shower or bath....keep on looking!!!

We had two choices for a shower. Freezing cold or scalding hot. No in-between. The guy working the desk was the owner's son. Greeted us with "so where you from dude??" and then went on to brag about owning the hotel. Rarely saw him after that. Maintenance man said valve was broken and couldn't fix the water problem and tub wouldn't plug to even try to take a bath. What a great location to have such bad service and accomodations. Won't go back!!!!

My mother, sister, nephews, and my children visited this hotel with my sisters dog in 2005 and we enjoyed it so much we came back in 2006. We wanted to go again in 2007 but we heard it was going to be closed down after Sept.

Rooms need to be updated.Rooms stunk very bad.Towels & sheets torn & stained.The heated pool was very nice-It was the biggest hot tub to relax in.Rooms not fit even for my dogs! Don't go there!!!!!

This place is wonderful for the pet owner and anyone looking for the unconventional hotel experience. It does not have all the amenities and services but the price reflects this well. It is in a wonderfully convenient location and has apts. as well as rooms and "suites". Glamorous?..No. Fun?..Yes. and priced accordingly!
