A Great Deal!

We stayed here one nite and just loved it. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was SO comfortable we couldn't get over it! I would highly recommend anyone staying here and if we're ever back in Indy will stay here again!
Antiquated smell

Customer service was friendly. I was disappointed with the room. When I opened my door it had an older smell to it (like your grandparent's home). I thought this was because the air conditioner was not on. I sprayed some deodorizer, turned the air conditioner on, left and came back and the smell was still there. This really bothered me. I was further angered when I put on my clothes the next morning and realized that this smell had settled into my suit. Very disappointed to say the least! However, I do blame myself for not walking into the room, smelling it and then walking back out to ask for another room to see if it was the room or the hotel.
A great place to stay for the price.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the bed and enjoyed the breakfast. We will probably stay there again next year.
Stayed for a night

We stayed for a night since we had to drive from Kentucky and our flight was at 0630 the next morning. The hotel was easy enough to find and easy access from/to the freeway. The first thing that struck me upon entering the hotel was the receptionist at the front desk. He had his feet on the table, reclining in his chair. He didn't seem in any hurry to greet me and slowly got to his feet to help me. I got my reservation confirmed and got the room key. The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The pull-out sofa had all the pillows, linens and blankets in the room. The air conditioning was adequate but didn't really get cold like we like for night sleep even when cranked to the coolest setting. When we asked the front desk if the pool towels, he mentioned that they should be at the pool area. The pool was nice but not heated. The jacuzzi was wam enough but they didn't have any towels so we had to get them from the front desk who definitely needed hospitality training. Checkout early next morning was efficient, although I would have liked a statement (I guess that's what happens when you reserve it online and stay for one night). The night clerk was a bit more helpful. All-in-all it was a pretty good experience with the chief complaint being the front desk. I would stay there again.

The room was clean, with micro, coffee, fridge. Bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
